The results of interviews and questionnaires
The primary research conducted on six youths from the conservatory using a sampling method yielded the following general results: graphic design students. However, students need help with technical difficulties as their knowledge of this course is limited to a few books. Unfortunately, these books do not have an effective educational result for about 90% of the sample community, and 80% are not interested in them. Only 30% are interested but have not received a practical positive impact.
During an interview with some technical drawing high school teachers, it was revealed that technical drawing is one of the unloveliest subjects for students due to a lack of interest, complexity, and non-tangibility in visualizing the three views of the product. This concern is shared by conservatory graduates and all young people who aspire to fields with a high coefficient of technical drawings, such as industrial design. Despite their learning efforts, they often need help understanding the subject because of their apathy and weak visualization power.
Thus, Students and professors need an effective teaching method and tool to facilitate and accelerate the teaching and learning process of technical drawing. The question for technical drawing teachers is, "How can I make the learning of technical drawing easier for my students?"
